Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the steering wheel controls switch - left.
  2. Ignition OFF, verify that a test lamp illuminates between battery voltage and the ground circuit terminal 7.
    • If the test lamp does not illuminate, test the ground circuit terminal 7 for an open/high resistance.
  3. If all circuits test normal, replace the steering wheel controls switch - left.
