Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Saturn Ion Red Line. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Use the SA9133T  to install a new seal. Ensure that the seal is seated flush to the outer bore area.

  2. Install the wheel driveshaft or intermediate drive shaft. Refer to Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement or Intermediate Drive Shaft Replacement in Wheel Drive Shafts.
  3. Install the front tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
