Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel upper trim. Refer to Upper Trim Pad, Outer Trim Cover, Fuse Block Access Cover Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

  2. Remove the security indicator lamp from the instrument panel upper trim:
    1. Rotate the lamp counterclockwise to approximately 1/4 turn.
    2. Pull the lamp out.
  3. Disconnect the security indicator lamp electrical connector from the security indicator lamp.
