Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT: If a new lock cylinder is being installed, the V-clip retainer can be reused if the retainer is not broken.
  1. Install the door lock cylinder with the retainer by rotating the cylinder onto the lock rod.

  2. Rotate the lock cylinder into the lock cylinder opening.

  3. Install the lock cylinder retainer.
  4. Install the door insulator.
  5. Install the outer door panel. Refer to Front Side Door Outer Panel Replacement .
