Installation Procedure

  1. Position the wiper motor to the wiper module.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the two wiper motor to wiper module frame bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the wiper motor crank arm and crank arm nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 14 N.m (10 lb ft).

  4. Install the wiper motor module. Refer to Wiper Motor Module Replacement  .
