Removal Procedure

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the left headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb and/or Cornering, Sidemarker, Park, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  3. Reach behind the grille. Release the ambient air temperature sensor from the headlamp bracket.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the ambient air temperature sensor.

  5. Remove the sensor from the vehicle.
