Disassembly Procedure

  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
  3. Remove the rear door wiring harness.
  4. Remove the rear door lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Rear Door (Sedan) .
  5. Remove the rear door window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Rear Door (Power Regulator)  or Window Regulator Replacement - Rear Door (Manual Regulator) .
  6. Remove the rear door outside handle. Refer to Door Handle Pivot Replacement - Outside .
  7. Remove the rear door outer panel. Refer to Outer Door Panel Replacement Rear - Bolt On (Sedan)  or Outer Door Panel Replacement Rear - Bolt On (Coupe) .
  8. Remove the rear door hinges. Refer to Hinge Replacement - Rear Door (Sedan)  or Hinge Replacement - Rear Door (Coupe) .
  9. Remove the rear door check link. Refer to Door Check Strap Replacement - Side Rear .
  10. Remove the rear door stationary window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Door Stationary (Sedan)  or Window Replacement - Rear Door Stationary (Coupe) .
  11. Remove the rear door applique. Refer to Door Frame Applique Replacement - Front  or to Door Frame Applique Replacement - Rear .
