Intake Plenum Replacement (In-Vehicle): Installation

Install throttle body gasket to plenum.
Install throttle body to plenum.

Install throttle body nuts.
Torque:

Throttle Body Nut: 8 N.m (71 in-lbs)
Attach heater and vent hose to throttle body.
Install intake plenum and intake plenum bolts. Finger tighten bolts.

Install EGR pipe bolts.
Torque:

EGR Pipe Bolts: 25 N.m (19 ft-lbs)
Install intake plenum bolts.
Torque:

Intake Plenum Bolts: 8 N.m (71 in-lbs)
Install front manifold runner and tighten clamps.

Install intake runner bolts.
Torque:

Intake Manifold Runner Bolts: 8 N.m (71 in-lbs)
Connect negative battery cable.
Torque:

Battery Terminal Bolts: 17 N.m (13 ft-lbs)
