PI84: Cruise Control RESUME/ACCEL Switch

Test detects opening and closing of RESUME/ACCEL switch mounted on turn signal lever at PCM terminal 1C3. See Figure . PI84 should be LO with cruise control switch off and HI with cruise control switch on.
