Installation Procedure

Assemble the fuel system as follows:

1. Install the fuel injectors and the fuel rail. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR REPLACEMENT. 
2. Install both fuel tank pump modules. Refer to FUEL TANK FUEL PUMP MODULE REPLACEMENT. 
3. Refer to METAL COLLAR QUICK CONNECT FITTING SERVICE  in order to connect the following quick connect fittings to the fuel rail:
   • The feed hose/pipe
   • The return hose/pipe
