Radio AM/FM: Function

The antenna signal is fed from the antenna amplifier via coaxial cable and a separate connector to the head unit. For further information about the car antenna system see. ANTENNA SYSTEM, RADIO (4D)  and ANTENNA SYSTEM, RADIO (5D) .

The radio is activated with the RADIO BAND button on the head unit. When the radio is active information is sent on the bus.
