To remove

IMPORTANT: Scrupulous cleanliness must always be observed when carrying out any work involving hydraulic components.
  1. Remove the intake manifold.

  2. Remove the engine cover.
  3. Raise the car.
  4. Remove the front right wheel.
  5. Remove the lower engine cover.

  6. Cars with xenon headlamps:  Remove the level sensor.

  7. Remove the right-hand cover.

  8. Detention and remove the multigroove V-belt.

  9. Lower the car to the floor.
  10. Clamp the pump hoses with two pairs of pinch-off pliers.

  11. Place a receptacle under the car.
  12. Cover the A/C compressor pulley to avoid getting oil on it.
    IMPORTANT: Power steering fluid must not come in contact with the belt pulley or belt.
  13. Remove the supply hose from the pump and lift up the hose. Mop up any oil with a rag.

  14. Remove the bolt securing the delivery pipe bracket.
  15. Undo the delivery pipe banjo nipple. Mop up any oil with a rag.
  16. Remove the pump and empty the oil into the receptacle.
