To remove

Remove the engine cover.

Carefully unscrew the expansion tank filler cap (to release the pressure, if any) and then screw it back into place.
Detach the turbo pressure hose from the throttle body and put it to one side.

Disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle body.
Undo the throttle body from the intake manifold and carefully lift it away from the intake manifold.
Unplug the sensor connector from the throttle body and quickly replace the sensor so that a little coolant as possible escapes. See "TO FIT " before removing the sensor.
