Bypass Control Valve: Installation

Fasten a NEW valve to the mounting plate with pop rivets. See Fig 1 .
Connect the vacuum hoses to the valve. See Fig 2 .
Install the mounting plate.
Install the hood sealing strip.
Spray the two-pin connector with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner and connect it to the control valve.

Install the bypass valve to the bypass pipe. See Fig 1 .
Install the bypass pipe with valve to the turbo delivery pipe.
Install the vacuum hose to the bypass valve.
