DTC P1416: Fuel Tank Level Low

Connect TECH 2 scan tool to DLC. Check for stored DTCs. If DTC P0300, P0171, P0172, P1171 or P1172 were stored, problem is most likely caused by low fuel level. Put at least 2-3 gallons of fuel in tank. Turn ignition on. Clear all system DTCs. Drive vehicle at varying engine loads and RPM for 5 minutes. Recheck scan tool for any stored DTCs.
