Subsequent Work For Passenger's Airbag Unit

Information 

After replacing airbag components, proof of replacement must be documented in the Warranty and Maintenance booklet.

  1. Install glove compartment. → INSTALLING GLOVE COMPARTMENT - section on "Installing"
  2. Connect ground strap for the battery and carry out work instructions after disconnecting the battery. → 978509 LOOSENING AND SECURING GROUND STRAP FOR BATTERY
  3. If the airbag unit was replaced, proof of replacement must be entered in the Warranty and Maintenance booklet.
