Preliminary Work

  1. If a new control unit has to be installed, the values/coding must be read out using PIWIS Tester II 9818  prior to removing the "old" DME control unit. → 247055 REPLACING DME CONTROL UNIT .
  2. Remove the right cowl panel cover.
