Removing The Hydraulic Control Unit
- Remove ATF filter. See REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF FILTER

- Pull off securing clasp for wiring harness plug.

- Pull off plugs for transmission speed sensors.

- Unscrew indicated fastening screws -arrows-
for hydraulic control unit. See Fig 3

- Take hydraulic control unit off transmission and follow up wiring harness plug.
NOTE:
- Do not lay hydraulic control unit on the sensor for transmission input speed. This will damage the sensor.
