Retrieving Codes

ABS/All-Wheel Drive (AWD) control unit can detect, store and output faults in system. Code retrieval/diagnosis is performed using Porsche System Tester (9288), Cable (9288/1) and Program Module (9288/5). Diagnostic connector is located on passenger's side kick panel, behind cover. Tester may be used to retrieve/clear fault codes, bleed hydraulic system, test longitudinal and transverse locks and test full-lock (traction control) switch on center console.
