Connector/Terminal Test

  1. Check "XVI", "XX", and "XXV" relay connections at fuse block/relay panel. See Figure. Check connector at base of fuse block/relay panel. Check 25-pin connector on left fuel injection and EZF ignition control units.
    NOTE: To disconnect EZF ignition control unit, push back catch and swing out connector as it has a vacuum hose attached.
  2. Ensure left fuel injection and EZF ignition control unit terminals are locked in place. Check 6-pin connector on mass airflow sensor. Check 3-pin connector on throttle switch.
  3. Check 3-pin connector in front of ignition system test connector and 3-pin adapter connector. Check 2-pin connector on temperature sensors. Temperature sensor I connector is located at base of mass airflow sensor.
  4. Check 3-pin connector on speed sensor. Check 2-pin connector at all fuel injectors. Ensure all connectors are clean and tight.
