Component Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the MAF sensor.
  2. Install jumper wires between the MAF sensor and the appropriate harness connector terminals.
  3. Ignition ON, test for voltage between the MAF sensor signal circuit and ground while blowing air through the MAF sensor.
    • If the signal voltage did not increase with air flow, replace the MAF sensor.
