Installation Procedure

  1. Install the yaw rate sensor (2) to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the yaw rate sensor electrical connector (1).

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the yaw rate sensor bracket (2) and the bolts (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the yaw rate sensor bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the LH front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  5. Using the scan tool, perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration under the special functions menu.
