Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution .
    CAUTION: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution .
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Engine Splash Shield To Front Subframe Retaining Screws

  2. Remove the engine splash shield to front subframe retaining screws (1).
  3. Remove the engine splash shield (2) from the front subframe.
