Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (RPO LS4) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (RPOs L26/L32) .
  2. Remove the rear compartment trim panel. Refer to Rear Floor Trim Plate Replacement .
  3. Remove the nuts from the fuel sender access panel.
  4. Remove the fuel sender access panel.

  6. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
  7. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (7) from the fuel sender assembly (1).
