Installation Procedure

  1. Install a new gasket, if necessary.
  2. Install the throttle body assembly.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the throttle body nuts and bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts and the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the heater pipe nut to the throttle body.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  5. Connect the ETC electrical connector.
  6. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
  7. Perform the Throttle Learn Procedure. Refer to Throttle Learn
