Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  1. Install the MAF/IAT sensor to the air cleaner intake duct.

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamp to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  2. Install the air cleaner intake duct with the MAF/IAT sensor to the throttle body and the air cleaner housing cover.

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamps to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Connect the MAF/IAT sensor electrical connector.
  5. Install the PCV fresh air tube to the air cleaner intake duct.
  6. Start and idle the engine.
  7. Inspect the air intake duct for leaks.
