Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 GMC Envoy XUV, 2004 GMC Envoy XL, 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer, and 2004 Buick Rainier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
IMPORTANT: Lightly coat the MAP sensor seal with clean engine oil before installing the sensor.

  1. Install the MAP sensor (1). Push the MAP sensor down in order to engage the sensor into the retainer.

  3. Connect the MAP sensor electrical connector (3).
