Installation Procedure

  1. Position the liftgate hinges with the shims and seals to the location marks on vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to FLEX DECOUPLER NOTICE .
  2. Install the nuts to the liftgate hinges.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the liftgate hinge nuts to 33 N.m (28 lb ft).

  3. Install the liftgate. Refer to Lift Gate Replacement (Aztek) .
