Preliminary Procedure: Remove the liftgate interior trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Liftgate Latch Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Liftgate Latch Assembly Procedure: Disconnect the electrical connector from the liftgate latch.
