Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Pontiac Aztek and 2002 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness connector (2) to the wheel speed sensor.

  2. Install the harness (4) to control arm retaining clips (3).
  3. Install the harness (4) to splash shield retaining clip (5).
  4. Lower the vehicle.
  5. Connect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness to ABS harness connector (8).
  6. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position, with the engine off.
  7. Perform the diagnostic system check. Refer to Diagnostic System Check - ABS .
