Conditions For Running Test

NOTE:
This is for non scan tool Service Bay Test equipped vehicles.
- Barometric pressure is greater than 65 kPa.
- Fuel level is 1/4-3/4.
- Battery voltage is 9-16 volts.
- The test will initiate only after a cold start. The control module considers the engine to be cold if the following conditions are met:
- The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 41-84°F (5-29°C).
- The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is 41-84°F (5-29°C).
- The difference between ECT and IAT is less than 13°F (7°C).
