NOTE:
For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Using DRB-II stop auto door lock test. Open left front door. Remove key from ignition switch. Using DRB-II, read key in ignition status. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, perform TEST 5B . If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, place DRB-II in voltmeter mode. Disconnect body controller Blue connector. Check connector, and clean or repair connector as necessary.
- Probe terminal No. 4 (Orange/Violet wire) of body controller Blue connector. While watching DRB-II, lock doors using left door lock switch. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace body controller. Perform VERIFICATION TEST - VERIFICATION OF REPAIRS . If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair Orange/Violet wire as necessary. Perform VERIFICATION TEST - VERIFICATION OF REPAIRS .
