NS-1 - Checking For Spark At Plug Wires

  1. Disconnect any spark plug wire and insert spark tester or an insulated screwdriver into terminal. If using screwdriver, hold screwdriver shaft about 1/4" from ground. Have an assistant crank engine.
  2. There should be a good spark between screwdriver and ground. If there is spark, proceed to NS-2. If no spark, proceed to NS-5  .
