Circuit Description

Body Control Module (BCM) monitors circuit No. 262 (Light Green wire) for content theft alarm. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . BCM supplies output to door jamb switches. If BCM senses low voltage by turning key in door key switch, BCM disables content theft alarm.

Conditions for setting DTC:

• Circuit No. 262 (Light Green wire) is shorted to ground for more than 184 seconds.
• System voltage 9-16 volts.
• Conditions met for .5 second.
