Test C: Scan Tool Displays Undefined DTCS

  1. Perform diagnostic system check. See DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  . After performing diagnostic system check, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition off. Install scan tool. Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, clear any ABS DTCs. Turn ignition off. Turn ignition on. If undefined DTC(s) reset, go to next step. If undefined DTC(s) does not reset, go to step 4).
  3. Replace EBCM. After repairs, perform DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  .
  4. Malfunction is not currently present.
