Test E (Vacuum Circuit Open Test)

  1. Remove connector from cruise control servo. Check resistance between terminals "E" and "C" of servo connector. Refer to Fig. Figure . If resistance is less than 35 ohms, go to TEST H (VACUUM CIRCUIT SHORT TEST)  .
  2. If resistance is greater than 55 ohms, replace servo. If resistance is 35 to 55 ohms, check for an open in Light Green wire between terminal "K" of module connector and terminal "E" of servo connector. See Figure and Figure . Ensure there is continuity to ground at terminal "C" of servo connector.
