Chart C-12D, 3.8L (5 Of 5), Cooling Fan On At All Times: Notes

NOTE: Test numbers refer to test numbers on diagnostic charts.
  1. Fans run when ignition is in OFF position.
  2. Fans should not run when engine coolant temperature is less than 214°F (101°C).
  3. Disconnecting A/C high side temperature sensor will disable BCM to PCM request due to A/C high side temperature.
  4. Defines fan operation based on coolant temperature only.
