Throttle Position Sensor: Installation

With throttle valve in closed position, install TPS on throttle body. Ensure TPS lever engages with drive lever on throttle shaft. Install retaining screws and electrical connection.
The TPS on most models are self-zeroing and are not adjustable. On these models, as long as voltage is within a certain range, or less than 1.25 volts, TPS need not be serviced.
