TEMPMATIC Functional Test: "Heater"

90% of the air should be delivered out of heater outlets, with 10% from defroster outlets. Any fan speed may be selected except "LO" which will be delayed until coolant reaches 120°F. Temperature may be regulated by lower control lever.
