With fast idle correctly adjusted, position fast idle screw on high step of fast idle cam and raise intermediate choke lever to full UP position. Remove all lash from rods in slots. Choke piston should be flush with end of choke piston bore (see Fig 1). To adjust, bend intermediate choke rod as required.
