Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK REVERSE INPUT SIGNAL

Ignition switch ON.
Shift the selector lever to R (reverse).

Check voltage between AV control unit connector M131 and ground.

Is inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

Repair or replace harness or connectors.

CHECK CAMERA IMAGE SIGNAL CIRCUIT CONTINUITY

Ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect AV control unit connector M132 and around view monitor control unit connector.

Check continuity between AV control unit connector M132 and around view monitor control unit connector M78.

Check continuity between AV control unit connector M132 and ground.

Is inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

Repair or replace harness or connectors.

CHECK CAMERA IMAGE SIGNAL

Connect AV control unit connector M132 and around view monitor control unit connector.
Ignition switch ON.
Shift the selector lever to R (reverse).

Check signal between AV control unit connector M132 and ground.

Is inspection result normal?

YES

Replace AV control unit. Refer to AV CONTROL UNIT : Removal & Installation .

Replace around view monitor control unit. Refer to AROUND VIEW MONITOR CONTROL UNIT : Removal & Installation .
