DTC No. Trouble diagnosis name
(Trouble diagnosis content)		 DTC detecting condition Possible cause
P044C EGR SENSOR C
(EGR sensor C circuit low)		 ECM detects the following status continuously for 5 seconds or more:
A voltage signal transmitted from the EGR volume control valve position sensor is 0.32 V or less.
  • Harness or connectors

    (EGR volume control valve position sensor circuit is open or shorted.)

  • EGR volume control valve
P044D EGR SENSOR C
(EGR sensor C circuit high)		 ECM detects the following status continuously for 5 seconds or more:
A voltage signal transmitted from the EGR volume control valve position sensor is 4.67 V or more.
