With GST

  1. Turn ignition switch ON.
  2. Check voltage between ECM terminal 69 (PNP switch signal) and ground under the following conditions.
    SHIFT LEVER VOLTAGE REFERENCE

    Condition (Shift lever) Voltage V (Known-good data)
    P or N position (A/T, CVT) Neutral position (M/T) Approx. 0
    Except above BATTERY VOLTAGE (11 - 14V)
  3. If NG, go to "DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE ".
