Disassembly and Assembly: Assembly

Install oil cooler (A/T model only).

Clean contact portion of tank.

Install sealing rubber.
NOTE: Push it in with fingers.

CAUTION: Be careful not to twist sealing rubber.

Crimp the tank rim in a specified sequence using Tool.

- Use pliers in the locations where the Tool cannot be used.

Make sure that the tank rim is completely crimped down.
1. Standard height "H" : 8.0-8.4 mm (0.315-0.331 in)
Check for any coolant leakage. Refer to , "CHECKING COOLING SYSTEM FOR LEAKS ".
