Inspection Procedure

  1. Check for open and short in wire harness and connector between terminals distance control ECU and ECM (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ). 
    1. NG : Repair or replace wire harness or connector. 
    2. OK : Go to next step. 
  2. Does it operate normally after replacement of distance control ECU? 
    1. NG : Replace distance control ECU (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ). 
    2. OK : Replace EOM (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ).
