DTC Confirmation Procedure

NOTE: If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 5 seconds before conducting the next test.

WITH CONSULT-II

Turn ignition switch ON.
Select "DATA MONITOR" mode with CONSULT-II.
Start engine, and rev engine more than 1, 000 RPM once, then let it idle for more than 40 seconds.
If DTC 1st trip is detected, go to "DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE ".
