Power Supply Circuit Inspection

CHECK FUSE
Check that the following fuses of the BOSE speaker amp., woofer, and audio unit are not blown.

OK or NG
1. OK : GO TO 2.
2. NG : If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse. Refer to "POWER SUPPLY ROUTING CIRCUIT ".
CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
1. Check voltage between the audio unit connector and ground.

2. Check voltage between BOSE speaker amp. connector or woofer connector and ground.

OK or NG
1. OK :
  - INSPECTION END (Audio unit is OK.)
  - GO TO 3. (BOSE speaker amp. and woofer)
2. NG : Repair harness or connector between each unit and fuse.
CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect BOSE speaker amp. connector and woofer connector.
2. Check continuity between BOSE speaker amp. harness connector B212 terminal 17 (B) and ground.
  1. 17 (B) - Ground : Continuity should exist.

3. Check continuity between woofer harness connector B223 terminal 2 (B) and ground.
  1. 2 (B) - Ground : Continuity should exist.
OK or NG
1. OK : INSPECTION END (System is OK.)
2. NG : Repair harness or connector.
