Reverse Signal Check (With M/T)

  1. REVERSE LAMP CHECK 
    1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    2. With the shift lever in R-position. Are reverse ramps turned on?

    YES or NO

    1. YES: GO TO 2.
    2. NO: Check back up lamp system. Refer to BACK-UP LAMP .
  2. REVERSE SIGNAL CHECK 
    1. With the shift lever in R-position.
    2. Check voltage between NAVI control unit and ground.
      TERMINAL

      Connector Terminal (wire color)
      M57 11(OR) Ground R-position Battery voltage
      Other than R-position Less than approx. 3V

    OK or NG

    1. OK: Replace NAVI control unit.
    2. NG: Harness for open or short between NAVI control unit and back-up lamp switch.
