Check Power Supply

Turn ignition off. Disconnect TP sensor harness connector. See Figure . Turn ignition on. On A/T equipped models, measure voltage between TP sensor connector terminal "d" (Red/Yellow wire) and ground. On M/T equipped models, measure voltage between TP sensor connector terminal "a" (Red/Yellow wire) and ground. See Figure . If voltage is about 5 volts, go to next step. If voltage is not about 5 volts, repair harness or connectors as necessary.
