Replacement Of The Inlet Packing

WARNING: When servicing the high-voltage system parts, be sure to wear the specified protection equipment and disconnect the service plug to interrupt the high-voltage supply (Refer to PRECAUTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE HIGH-VOLTAGE VEHICLE ).

Install the packing by aligning it with the mounting hole of the housing.
CAUTION:
- Do not use a sharp tool when installing the packing. Otherwise, the packing may be damaged.
- Make sure that the projection of the packing is fit securely into the mounting hole of the housing.
Using a flat-tipped bar such as a hexagonal wrench, press the projection of the packing into the mounting hole of the housing.

Make a mark in the marking area of the housing with a white marker pen to record the history of the packing replacement.
